New Scientific Diagnostic Selling Course available from Spectacles.
When I was a scientist, I remember how important it was to have meaningful relationships with the companies that were supplying my equipment and consumables. Yes, of course these companies were keen to get repeat sales from me, but it was only the ones that worked with me in partnership to help fix my analytical challenges, that ended up getting business.
This stayed with me when I ultimately moved into service and sales roles at Thermo and Waters. Customers want to be helped with challenges, not sold products that did not help them to get to where they needed to go.
